Aspire's Director is Harry Doyle. Harry is a City Councillor in Liverpool, currently serving as the Cabinet Member for Health, Wellbeing & Culture. He is a qualified teacher and has previously supported the 'Liverpool to Oxbridge Collaborative', a project working with the secondary schools in the West Derby area. The Collaborative produced a ten-fold increase in the number of students applying to Oxbridge. 

Harry is responsible for the day-to-day running of the charity and delivers a programme of activity for our Aspire cohorts, working directly with students, teachers, key stakeholders and partners.

Aspire Liverpool is governed by 3 trustees who ensure that the charity meets all of its legal obligations and works towards the charity's objectives. Our trustees are:

• Chair of Trustees - Rachel Stalker, Senior Lecturer, LJMU School of Law
• Sir Terry Leahy, former European Business Leader of the Year
• Bill Currie, Founder, William Currie Group

Aspire Liverpool is supported by a Steering Group who, along with our trustees, set the strategic direction and policy. Its members are -
